Shipping Policy
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email to let you know it has been received.
As all products are made, printed, packed and dispatched by me, I aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 working days of receiving them. You'll receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.
UK Shipping
Free UK shipping on all orders over £100.
Standard UK delivery is typically 3–6 working days from dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during Bank Holidays, sale periods and other busy times throughout the year.
Europe & International Shipping
I am pleased to offer shipping to Europe and selected international destinations.
Delivery times vary by location but are typically:
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- Rest of World: 7–17 working days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to local VAT, import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by the destination country.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. If applicable, your local customs authority or delivery provider will contact you before delivery to arrange payment.
Unfortunately, Fold & Hide Supply has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as they vary from country to country.
If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, any return shipping costs or customs fees incurred may be deducted from your refund.
